To all
Hope everyone enjoyed the wonderful running weather tonight. This is my kind of weather, not to hot or too cold. As you know we are nearing Tulsa's biggest race. The Tulsa Run and I hope that everyone is going to do this race. It's a wonderful warm up for the Rt 66 Marathon. I would like to encourage everyone by saying your doing a wonderful job with your training. Waking up on Saturday mornings and putting in the miles by choice. Trust me, the hard work will pay off, when you near those last few miles of the race. Remember to stay within your personal pace. Hope your saturday run is enjoyable. Sorry to say I won't be there, but I will be doing my 20 miler on Friday morning before I leave. I think I'll do the first 10 of the Rt 66 Course and then go back. I hope I do well, I'll be out of my comfort zone not being with the team. Could someone tell me which part of the riverside trail is under construction. Keep running.
Sincerely
Kendal

Hope everyone is enjoying this weather. I love this time of year. It's not to hot or cold. It's that perfect median. I want to let everyone know that you are looking great in the training runs. As far as I can tell everyone is running with good spirits. It's in these last few runs that you have to keep your eye on your goals and dig deep while never forgetting why your running. From one of your training leaders, I would like to say keep up the good running. It's exciting that the Tulsa Run is just right around the corner. It will be here in about 3 weeks. As for this saturdays run, I won't be there. Though I will still get my miles in one way or another. Continue the hard training you have put in. May you have a blessed weekend.
Sincerely

Saturday's run to the Center of the Universe
Good job to all who came out today. Everyone seems to be progressing right along. Hope everyone got a chance to test out the echoing affect. To my surprise, it actually was true. My voice did really echo. Don't know what causes it to happen, but it sure did echo. The beginner half-marathoners are doing wonderful. Keep training hard. See you guys on saturday.
